I drive from Fairhope to have my Baby Lock serviced, and learn new things about the machine each time. One day I was running late and they kept their shop open until I arrived. I cannot say enough good things about this shop and the employees! I highly recommend them and only wish they were in Fairhope!! You will love their friendliness and professionalism !
