Poor customer service. Walked all the way through to the back and no service. Then looked at furniture alone. Had to go all the way Nashik up front and ask if there was someone to help me.

I was very impressed with the knowledge of the staff. They have a large selection of name brands and styles in all price points. I was much more impressed with the customer service. That meant more to me than anything else. It is comforting to know you are dealing with a store that stands behind their product and will do what it takes to make you satisfied.
