  My wife went in the store on 12/16/17 to get a ring sized. She said he was nice. BUT when she went back to get the ring the accents (rose gold coloring)was gone from one side of ring guy told her to take it back where she bought it and if she got a new one he would size it for free so I went to take the other ring back to have it sized today 12/19/17 and the guy was rude. His attitude was towards me was not good. He made me fill as if he was surprised we came back with another ring. It made me feel as if he did not want to do what he told my wife he would. We dropped the ring off to him about 10 o'clock in the morning. We called him after 2 o'clock to see if it was ready. He said he would call when it was done. We never got a call so we went up to his store around 4:30 and he was just as rude when we picked up the ring like he did not even won't us in his store. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
