  My husband and I recently bought hardwood from floor trader. We discovered that we way over measured what we needed.I didn't realize that you couldn't return merchandise. I asked the manager if we could return and get store credit for tile. My first answer was no sorry we can't. of course I wasn't happy being that we have at least $700 of hardwood that we aren't able to use. I talked to him again trying to get store credit . What he said he would do for me is I would get store credit for the tile but I would have to pay a certain percent of what's left over.so if I have $700 of hardwood left I would have $300 taken from that to pay for the shipping. Not very happy! Lesson learned always make sure you measure perfectly. I've never bought something and couldn't take back.we should have gone to lowes..
