  I purchased a Tag Heuer F1 watch for my birthday present to myself. The lady who helped me with my purchase was fantastic. Her name was Elizabeth I believe. I got it home and ended up being unhappy with the watch. I googled their return policy and read one after another terrible reviews about their sales persons attitude about returns. So, naturally I expected to have a hard time. Once I got there, I spoke with Karen, the manager very briefly about my issues with the watch. She apologized several times and immediately refunded my money. The process took less than 10 minutes. All in all I was/am very very satisfied with Elizabeth/Karen/Jared! They are great and I highly recommend them. Ill definitely be back to purchase other pieces of jewelry.

  My boyfriend bought me a pair of earrings ($620)which I couldn't have at the time due to circumstances. So a full refund sounds simple right? wrong. Upon visiting the location throughout the day only to still be told that they (Jared) didn't have enough cash which sounds silly actually. While being within our 30 day period. This location is very bad as far as customer satisfaction. Both the Black woman and old slim Caucasian woman should seek for another occupation. I was told that night there's another Jared's in Pensacola so I asked well did you call that store to see if they had the amount of cash? basically she informed me that she doesn't have common sense. You wouldn't want to do business with someone who is incompetent would you?
