  I was so excited about purchasing a raincoat that I had been looking for for years from this company. They were set up at the Hospital where my doctor's office is. I tried on a sample and it fit great! When I got the one home that was still packaged it was huge. After calling a bunch of times I was not able to get through. Finally I was able to reach them via email. The lady was very nice and said she would gladly exchange the raincoat but would not be back in New Orleans anytime soon. So I could mail it back and she would mail me a new one. After paying $80.00 for the raincoat I figured paying $13.30 for a return receipt certified shipping would be best. This was Dec. 8, 2017. I have heard NOTHING back from them. So now I am out almost $100.00. I am beyond pissed off at this point! In fact I think I am going to contact the hospital that they were set up at and let them know about the HORRIBLE customer service! I just want this raincoat for when I have duty on rain days since I am a teacher! AGGRAVATED!!!!! :(
