  K-med use to be the only place I used for medical supplies. Recently the company is under new management or was bought out. They are now Elios or something like that! K-med had the most friendly, helpful staff. Just calling them, I would always hear a friendly voice when they answered the phone. But now, the ladies working in the office are quite rude & completely unfriendly. It looks like they got rid of all the k-med workers too! I plan to drive to Saads from now on & will refuse to use them even if recommended by a doctor. Very bad experience since changing from K-med.
