  First off lowes is a good retailer they take care of there customers. But I bought front load washer and had it delivered. The delivery team is totally horrible on knowledge to install product! But were nice guys. Seeing I've done this job before they didn't have proper tools. To start off with didn't have forearm straps chest straps a drill that worked good or even a level to level out my washer machine. It's still setting in a unlevel and shaky position. Lowes your delivery department is untrained unskilled and lacks willingness to do better. I don't understand how you throw 2 people in a truck to make professional deliveries without 1. giving these guys the right tools 2. Right training 3. And showing of product knowledge. My advice hire me in for 1 day I will show how to use all straps,use a level, product knowledge , disassemble product reassemble product,switch doors around ,use door jam covers ,moving blankets, dolly with strap to secure product and also how to be professional in there job of choice # delivery. Shame on lowes for being so careless in there efforts to train and be the best.
