  its been three weeks since sears has come to check on my hot water heater and they did not report the issue to my issurance company FIRST AMERICA ...so the claim did not get filed until i called and complained to first america,and the they had not emailed any notice about the replacement of my hot water heater. i talked to a representative so they could email me a copy of the report,as weell as my insurance ND THE REP ASSURED me that it will take 2-3- business days for either of us to receive the email.. well today ,7 days later still no notice. still no hot water heater......
