  I used the alterations Seams to Fit which is inside this boutique upstairs. Seams to Fit was fabulous btw! I ended up spending close to 400 dollars to get tops and slacks fitted.. Anyways, one of the little girls that work in the bridal boutique came upstairs to help because they were so busy. The girl generally asked, " who is the lady with the shirts?" With a room full of people Im the only one to respond and say that I brought in lots of shirts, innocently. I was immediately met with crappy look for no reason and also no response from the bridal girl. After it clicked in her head she needed to be more specific she said, Men's shirts. Who brought in the men's?" Totally struck me as being disrespected.. Girls my advice to you is please keep in mind were you work, a department store, not Wallstreet and your job is customer service. I promise even the people who OWN your company and probably make very good money are KIND to their customers. It's common sense and how you advance in life. Loose the attitude

  I was blessed to have gone to Something New! They could not have been more friendly, helpful, and patient with me. I like to deliberate. It took me 25 dresses and 3 stores before I could decide. They never pressured or rushed me. They made helpful suggestions and respected what I had in mind. Anna, my consultant, was so unbelievably thoughtful, kind, and helpful. The selection was varied and gorgeous. The store owner was welcoming and accommodating. This is the best bridal store I have ever shopped at both as a bride and bridesmaid. Thank you, Something New!!!
