  I went to the store on 3/7/18. I had a late 20s, early 30s white male help me (Sorry that doesn't narrow it down, he did not tell me his name). I wanted to look at and pre-order the Samsung s9. He pointed to where it was and left me to look at it. I decided I wanted to pre-order it and have it shipped to the store if possible so I could just pick it up after work instead of dealing with not being home to sign for the package. He acted like he did not know how to pre-order a phone. He went through his tablet all slowly not really paying much attention to me and still had an apple earphone in his ear. He seemed to be having trouble even though he stated he had been working their a while. I started asking questions about the phone and he told me he did not know anything about the phone. He said the Samsung guy came by but he "dozed off" during his presentation. He ended up not being able to tell me about the phone or any cool features (I had already done my research, but still). He did not get it pre-ordered for me. I left the store and pre-ordered it online at home. He is a sales person. His only job is customer service and to sell AT&T's products and he did not do either well. This is the second time I have gotten an AT&T employee who did not know anything about the Samsung phones I was asking about and did not even try to help me.
