  Took almost 3 hours to upgrade 2 phones to S8. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Then AT &T got major issues and I still can't use it at home. Nor did Direct Tv call and set up an appointment.

  They never answer the phone. Of the staff I dealt with, I experienced laziness and attitude. I left and ran some errands and came back. I dealt with a a young man with tattoos and good service. He was excellent. He saved me money and helped me continue service with AT&T with a cheaper phone from another place. If I'd only dealt with him, I would have given a 5. Due to the front greeter / scheduler and the staff I dealt with first go around I had to deduct. Flip side, if I had only dealt with the first go around, I would've given a one star.
