Horrible Service - I only give them one star because it doesn't allow me to give no stars. Upgraded our iPhone and they spent hours trying to back up and restore the data unsuccessfully. They said they had bad wifi. We burned time waiting, since we live an hour away. Then they sent us home with the old phone (which now has no service) and the bag with the new phone box to do it ourselves. We got home and found they had left the new phone out of the bag. They had all the numbers on our family account and didn't even try to call one of them to notify us before we got all the way home. When we called and asked them to get it to us tonight, they refused. Now we have a phone with no service and no recourse except to talk to the manager in the morning. Consider yourself warned about this lack of any kind of customer service here.

If I was only rating the friendliness of the staff it would be 5 stars. However, I came in to establish cable and internet service at a new home. After 2 weeks of frustration, including an initial visit of almost 2 hours, and getting the run around, I decided to visit an AT&T corporate store. Wouldn't you know, I was in and out in 15 minutes and had service installed in a few days. The guys at McGowin Park told me no service was available at my address. Not sure what the disconnect was, but I do not recommend this store.
