  Asked sales lady for help finding a large size of a panty. The lady didn't even try to help look. She just said if I didn't see it then they don't have it. I never plan to go back to that store.

  I bought a swimsuit online based on my bra size and when it came in it was way too small (none of my bras are push-up and the swimsuit was.) When I came to the store to make the return it was very easy and hassle free, much to my surprise. Since I was literally going to the beach the next day, I started looking for another top in the store. I grabbed some random sizes and styles that looked like they would fit. The girl in the dressing room was very polite. After I came out looking distraught she asked about my issues and I told her the whole story. She then called another girl over who walked around the store with me and found three tops in the size and style I was looking for. They all fit perfectly but one in particular looked and felt the best. The only problem was she could only find it in white in my size and I needed it in black. When I told her this she asked two other workers, a young man and lady. They walked me over to the section where we found the white one, and the guy grabbed a black one from the very back that was my size. It was also $25 cheaper than the one I bought online. I couldn't have been more pleased, I only wish I remembered the names of all the lovely people who helped me.
